User Responsibilities
As a user of our Services, you agree to:

Protect Account Security
Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials
Comply with Laws

Respect Intellectual Property

Prohibited Activities

Reverse Engineering
Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code

The Services and all content, features, and functionality are owned by Unisoft Systems Ltd. and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You May:
- View and download content for personal, non-commercial use
- Share links to our website with proper attribution
You May Not:

- Use our trademarks or logos without permission
- Remove any copyright or proprietary notices
Payment Terms
Fees and Payment
Certain services may require payment. All fees are quoted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳) unless otherwise specified. You agree to pay all fees and charges incurred under your account.
- Payment is due upon receipt of invoice
- Late payments may incur interest charges
- All prices are subject to change without notice
Refund Policy
Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Please contact our billing department for refund requests. Custom software development projects are non-refundable once work has commenced.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Unisoft Systems Ltd. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
Exclusions Include:
- Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
- Service interruptions or downtime
- Third-party actions or events beyond our control
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Services in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
Termination
By You
You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease.
By Unisoft
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or engage in any prohibited activities.
Effect of Termination: All provisions of these Terms shall survive termination, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, and limitations of liability.
Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Bangladesh, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Services shall be resolved through good faith negotiations. If negotiations fail, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration in Dhaka, Bangladesh.
